Repowered with a 2017 30kWh Battery pack!

We have fitted this car with the newer 30kWh battery from a 2017 vehicle that upgraded to a 40kWh pack so this car now charges and drives as far and as fast as a 30kWh LEAF.

Optioned with the larger capacity 30kWh Battery pack this car has the ability to drive virtually anywhere in New Zealand using the widely distributed public DC charging network. We have found this particular model to be the fastest charging LEAF on the market, in normal conditions you can charge from 5-80% in less than 20 minutes!

Heat is one of the main reasons batteries degrade faster than forecasted, to combat this issue we have installed the latest custom heat reducing LBC (Lithium Battery Controller) firmware. This firmware is customised here in New Zealand to suit local conditions and prevents the overheating issue 30kWh LEAF are known for.
